As a Senior Public Relations and Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing public relations strategies that enhance the visibility and reputation of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, develop compelling narratives, and engage with media outlets to secure coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement public relations strategies and campaigns.
Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
Pitch stories and secure media coverage for clients.
Monitor media coverage and report on PR campaign results.
Organize and coordinate press events, media tours, and product launches.
Manage social media accounts and online presence for clients.
Handle crisis communications and manage reputation issues.
Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and media landscapes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in public relations or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong media relations skills and a network of media contacts.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative PR strategies.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with crisis management and handling sensitive issues.
Knowledge of PR software and tools is a plus.
