Demo AG, a leader in Constructional Engineering, is seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Berlin, Deutschland. This full-time, permanent position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in manual work, service industry, and manufacturing. As an onsite team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

  • Oversee and manage daily onsite operations to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with various teams to facilitate seamless workflow and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and tools.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving onsite issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and report to management.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with professional experience in the constructional engineering industry. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.
