Demo AG, a leading company in the accounting industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Berlin, Deutschland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in administration and secretariat roles. As a trainee, you will gain valuable experience and insights into the day-to-day operations of our dynamic organization.

  • Assist in the preparation and management of documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in various projects and contribute to process improvements.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow within our company. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Fluency in German; English proficiency is a plus.
