Join a warm, committed team delivering dignified, person-centred palliative care. You’ll work closely with residents, relatives, and an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort, clarity, and compassion – every day.

What you’ll do

  • Provide activating, person-centred nursing with a palliative focus (symptom control, comfort care, family support).
  • Collaborate with physicians and therapists; coordinate and document individualized care plans (digital documentation).
  • Monitor residents’ condition, administer medication safely, and escalate risks early.
  • Support families through difficult decisions with empathy and clear communication.
  • Contribute to quality rounds, case conferences, and a respectful, team-oriented culture.

What you bring

  • Completed training as Elderly Care Nurse / Registered Nurse (or equivalent).
  • Ideally experience in palliative, geriatric, or hospice care.
  • Confidence with digital documentation and medication management.
  • Team spirit, motivation, and a respectful, resident-first mindset.
